Petr Nýdrle

Petr Nýdrle is a Czech theater educator, acting coach, and actor. After graduating, he focused long-term on theater education—teaching drama at a primary art school for many years, as well as theater history in Zlín. Between 2004 and 2013, he served as the artistic director, dramaturg, director, and actor at the Malá scéna generational theater in Zlín. Currently, he works as an acting and dramaturgy lecturer at the Zlín Municipal Theatre, where he also occasionally appears on stage—for instance, performing in the popular production Baťa Tomáš, živý. In addition, since 2016, under his own project Kukla Pukla, he has been leading popular acting and creative writing courses, teaching adults how to work with emotions and imagination. On camera, he has mostly played minor roles in student films, but he gained wider public recognition as a prominent contestant on season 2 of the TV reality show Zrádci.
