    Jiří Vyorálek

    Jiří Vyorálek is a Czech actor and one of the most prominent faces of contemporary theatre, film, and television. He graduated from the Janáček Academy of Music and Performing Arts (JAMU) in Brno. His early theatrical career was linked to the experimental Divadlo v 7 a půl, after which he worked at the Husa na provázku Theatre and the Reduta Theatre. In 2007, he was nominated for a Thalia Award for the theatre cycle One Hundred Years of the Cobra (Sto roků kobry), based on the works of Dostoevsky. Since 2013, he has been an ensemble member of the Theatre on the Balustrade (Divadlo Na zábradlí), where he has excelled in productions such as Hamlets (Hamleti), The Great Melancholy (Velká melancholie), and Personas (Persony). On the silver screen, he captured audiences' attention in the drama Protector (2009), the television film Dukla 61 (2018), and for his portrayal of Klement Gottwald in the miniseries Bohéma (2017). Jiří Vyorálek is an actor who seamlessly blends a natural, understated acting style with profound depth, capable of turning every role into a powerful experience.
