Martin Klapil

Martin Klapil is a Czech actor and a graduate of the Music and Drama Department at the Prague Conservatory. He has performed at the J. K. Tyl Theatre in Plzeň and at Prague City Theatres (Lazarus, Peter Pan). Since 2021 he has been a member of the Klicpera Theatre ensemble in Hradec Králové, where he impressed as Tonda in Prašina, Laertes in Hamlet, and Leo in the comedy S Caroline v kuchyni. Audiences also know him from the TV series Modrý kód (Blue Code), 1. MISE, and from the film Zlatý podraz (Golden Sting). Critics praise his energy, naturalistic acting style, and ability to bring charm and depth to his characters.
