Jakub Žáček

Jakub Žáček is a Czech actor, comedian, and presenter, known for his original humor and unmistakable voice. Audiences know him from the cult television series Comeback, Kosmo, and Vinaři (Winemakers), as well as from the films In the Shadow (Ve stínu), Lost in Munich (Ztraceni v Mnichově), The Watchmaker's Apprentice (Hodinářův učeň), and The Magic Quill (Čertí brko). On stage, he has performed at HaDivadlo, the Archa Theatre, and Krátké a úderné divadlo (Short and Striking Theatre), which he co-founded. He currently acts at the Theatre on the Balustrade (Divadlo Na zábradlí), where he is one of the most prominent faces of the ensemble. He is also a sought-after voice actor and regularly appears in the stand-up comedy shows Na stojáka and Comedy Club.
