Вера Главачкова

Věra Hlaváčková is a Czech theater and television actress. After graduating from the Brno Conservatory, she gained her early experience at the Klicpera Theatre in Hradec Králové and the Mahen Theatre in Brno. She later settled at the South Bohemian Theatre in České Budějovice, becoming a key ensemble member with over 100 roles to her credit (including The Makropulos Affair, Three Sisters, and Jenůfa). She also regularly shines at the Revolving Theatre in Český Krumlov. Throughout her career, she has won a record 11 South Bohemian Thalia Awards, received three longlist nominations for the national Thalia Award, and was nominated in 2013 for her performance in Job Interviews, written specifically for her by Petr Zelenka. On screen, audiences may recognize her from TV series like Policie Modrava, Co ste hasiči, Polda, and Trpaslík, as well as the Vyšehrad film trilogy and the film Waves (Vlny).
