
Emil Horváth
Emil Horváth is a Slovak actor, director and acting teacher who has been a cornerstone of Slovak theatre and film for decades. A graduate of the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava (VŠMU), he began his career at the SNP Theatre in Martin before joining the Slovak National Theatre, where he became one of the most distinguished figures of the drama ensemble. He is known for his refined stage presence, calm intensity and ability to convey deep emotions with graceful restraint.
Throughout his career, he has created numerous memorable roles in both classical and contemporary theatre and is also familiar to audiences from film and television, appearing in productions such as Dunaj, k vašim službám, Nemocnica, Ulica and Búrlivé víno.
