A work that has survived decades of oblivion, having been forgotten by the Soviet government. The new premiere of the fairy tale by contemporary Ukrainian composer Eugene Stankovich took place on stage at the Lviv National Opera in 2017. This exciting performance combines modern musical language, choral art, over a thousand folk rituals and traditions, and contemporary choreography and stage design including video projection. “This exhibition has become a true Ukrainian breakthrough of contemporary music-theater art” (Music).
