"The Legend of Pintya" is a musical for family viewing based on Oleksandr Havrosh’s work. This is a heroic and romantic tale about Grigor Pintya (a.k.a. Grigore Pintea), who acted as a people’s avenger in the Transcarpathian forests of the late 18th century. According to legends, his mission was to fight for justice and to protect the poor from the brazen usurpers of power. The audience plunges into this fabulous and exciting world, immersed in the Romanian forests of Maramureș, through the caves filled with treasures and the count's castle.
