Beniowski. A Ballad without a Hero.
Winner of the main prize of the 44th Opole Theater and the "Live Classics" competitions, this is a unique performance at the crossroads between a concert and a theater play. A combination of poetry, rock music and traditional songs, all on one stage. The creators translated the works of Juliusz Słowacki into a contemporary manifesto of a feminist nature. Amidst modern scenery and superb light light, the actresses sing the songs based on the original text of the romantic piece. Each element of the performance completes its thoughtful whole, creating a unique composition, a modern look at the work of Słowacki.
